Privacy policy
Bryghton Media LLC (“we”, “us”) is a small web design and marketing agency in the Hudson Valley, New York. This page explains what we collect through bryghtonmedia.com and our ads, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on our site (for example, the free homepage video request), we collect what you type in:
- your name, business name and website address
- your email address and mobile number
- optional answers such as what your business does, your timing and your budget range
- whether you said it’s OK for us to text you
We also record which ad or link brought you to the page (standard campaign tags in the web address, such as utm_source, and Meta’s click ID), so we know which ads work. Our web server briefly logs your IP address to block spam and repeat submissions.
If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the details you entered in that form.
How we use it
- to reply to your request: call, text or email you about it, and make the homepage video you asked for
- to follow up about our services, which you can stop at any time
- to measure which of our ads bring in real requests
We only text you if you ticked the box saying it’s OK. Reply STOP to any text and we won’t text you again. Message and data rates may apply.
Where it’s stored
Each form submission is emailed to our business inbox and a copy is saved on our web host’s server. We keep a private spreadsheet of leads so we can track follow-up. Access is limited to us.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our forms don’t set cookies. Our ad landing pages may use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms. When it’s active, it uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta that someone visited the page or sent a request after seeing one of our ads, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the services we use to run the business (our email provider, our web host, and Meta for ad measurement as described above), or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we’re talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. Ask us and we’ll delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
