BRYGHTON MEDIA Schedule a Meeting

Case Study 01 — Flight School

Take Flight Aviation

Bryghton is a private pilot with an instrument rating — he has been through the training a flight school sells. So when Take Flight needed marketing, it didn’t get an agency that had to be taught what a run-up is; it got someone who flies, and who did the work himself. Here’s what that looked like, lane by lane.

The Engagement

One person. The whole marketing department.

Take Flight Aviation brought Bryghton in to run its marketing — the whole department, not a slice of it. The website, the ads, the email list, the analytics, the camera work, the brand, the sales collateral: one operator, accountable for all of it, working inside the school’s own Flight Schedule Pro, Slack and Zapier stack.

That distinction is the point here. Plenty of vendors will shoot a video or refresh a logo. What a flight school actually needs is everything those pieces plug into — and that is what a monthly engagement with Bryghton Media bought: a full marketing operation, run by one person who could also climb into the right seat and get the shot.

It also meant the program pages were written by a pilot who has been through the programs himself. Bryghton has worked with and understands flight-training courses and syllabi, so the pages describe what the training actually is rather than what a brochure says it is. And you’re not handed off to a random account manager — the person Take Flight talked to on every strategy call was the person doing the work.

From The Flight Line

Shot on their ramp, in their aircraft.

Every frame below came from Take Flight’s own fleet — planned against a shot list, art-directed, and graded for the rebuilt website and its sales pages.

What Was Delivered

Every lane a marketing department runs.

All of it delivered by one person, week after week — the same scope a business buys when it takes on a monthly engagement today.

Website

Full Website Rebuild

New navigation architecture, a staging site before launch, SEO redirects to protect existing rankings, a blog layout, and seven pages rebuilt or redesigned by name: CFI, Multi-Engine, Private Pilot, Job Opportunities, Contact, a real-world program-scenarios section, and the sales and inventory page.

Paid Search

Google Ads, End to End

Ran their Google Ads for months — with a dedicated landing page built specifically for the campaign, so clicks arrived somewhere designed to convert them.

Email

Campaigns & List Management

Mailchimp email campaigns written and sent, with contact lists imported, segmented, and maintained month over month — fed by interview-based student and instructor stories recorded and produced for the list.

Analytics

Google Analytics Reporting

Performance reporting across their web and social channels, so decisions were made on numbers rather than hunches — plus upkeep of the Google Business Profile.

Video

Air-to-Air, Podcast & a Video Library

In-flight action footage shot from the air — the kind of material you can only get with a pilot behind the camera — plus podcast filming on the ground. Then a library of named program videos: “Our Instrument Training Program,” “Why We Choose Diamond Aircraft,” and a DA20 pre-flight and post-flight checklist video among them.

Series

In-House Podcast & Video Series

A recurring in-house podcast and video series planned end to end — the format, the set on the shop floor, the production plan, and a mock shoot before the first real recording.

Photography

Shot Lists, Art Direction & an Asset System

Planned photo shot lists and art direction across the rebuild, tracked in a sheet shared with the client’s team so everyone knew what was captured and what was next. Then a company photo-asset system: a final library organized by page and slot, and standardized photos for every new instructor at onboarding.

Brand

Logos, Flyers & a Sales Deck

A ten-variant “Diamond Brilliance” logo set for their training program, event flyers designed as they were needed, and a sales presentation deck for a Diamond dealership program.

Sales Support

Listings, a Service Page & Lead Scripts

Aircraft-for-sale listings written and specced for Controller in the six-figure class; a new buyer-representation, pre-purchase-inspection and aircraft-delivery service page drafted as a sales line of its own; and the inbound lead-response script used when prospects called or messaged about their programs.

Enrollment

Student-Financing Content

Student-financing content written for the Professional Pilot page, so the cost question had an answer before a prospect had to ask it.

Operations

Inside Their Stack

Worked inside the school’s own Flight Schedule Pro, Slack and Zapier stack, day to day.

Events

On the Ground

Events run in person — because a marketing department shows up, it doesn’t just publish.

The Record

Thirty-seven consecutive invoices. Every one paid.

Consecutive invoices, every one paid
37
Strategy meetings with ownership, logged
26
Site pages rebuilt or redesigned by name
7
Person running the whole department
1

The proof here isn’t a single splashy campaign — it’s consistency. Thirty-seven invoices in a row, a flight school looked at what Bryghton Media delivered and paid, every single time — with 26 logged strategy meetings with ownership to plan the next one.
