Information not requested

  • Social Security number, banking information, date of birth, or photo.
  • Race, religion, disability or medical details, marital/family status, or other protected/unnecessary information.
  • Applicant username or password; V1 does not create applicant accounts.

How information is intended to be used

Application data is for hiring review, interview coordination, communication, duplicate detection, audit history, and a human hiring decision. AI-assisted review, if enabled later, must be labeled advisory and cannot make final employment decisions.

Storage and access design

Application records live in a database and private storage outside the public document root. Resumes do not have public URLs. Access is limited to authorized hiring users and audited.
